Last summer a cable snapped on the Superman Tower of Power at Kentucky Kingdom cutting off both feet of a 14 year old girl. The family of Kaitylyn Lasitter has filed a civil case against the park. In addition, the two girls riding beside Kaitlyn who suffered minor injuries and psychological trial will be allowed to join the suit.
Doctors were able to successfully reattach the girl’s right food. However, the left foot could not be saved. The trial is set for January 5, 2010.
