A tanker truck rolled over yesterday morning on I-494 near the airport. While the tanker truck was empty, it still leaked fuel onto the shoulder. A hazardous materials crew and State Patrol were on the scene to clean it up.

Luckily, no one was injured in the accident. This is fortunate because rollover accidents can become extremely dangerous. Had the State Patrol and hazardous materials crew not replied so quickly, the leaking fuel and rolled truck could have caused serious injury and death.
